Health4Travel Partner Updates: Growth, Innovation & Seasonal Health Tips

? Spring Updates from Health4Travel

As the days grow longer and the travel season picks up, spring has brought exciting developments at Health4Travel. We’re committed to evolving with the needs of our partner clinics and the patients we serve—and this season has been no exception. Here’s what’s been happening:

 Self-Billing System Now Live

We’re thrilled to announce that Health4Travel is introducing a self-billing system to simplify the invoicing process between our partner clinics and our platform.

To ensure smooth transactions, we kindly ask all partner clinics to log into the Partner Portal and add their billing details —if you haven’t already done so. This step is essential to continue receiving timely and accurate payments.

? Action Required: Visit the Partner Portal ? Navigate to Manage AccountPayment Details ? Update your details.

New! Walk-In Feature for Drop-In Patients

We’ve also launched a convenient Walk-In feature, now available for clinics with a high volume of drop-in patients. This tool allows patients to quickly register themselves and for clinics to process unscheduled visits through Health4Travel, saving time and reducing admin work.

? Ideal for clinics with frequent same-day visits
? Simple to use
? Available for a small monthly fee

Expanding Services for TPAs

As part of our ongoing mission to make international healthcare seamless, we’re now offering enhanced services tailored for Third Party Administrators (TPAs). These services are designed to streamline case handling, improve data flow, and ultimately make cross-border patient management faster and more transparent.

Growing Network of Clinics

Our network is growing! This spring, we’ve onboarded several new clinics, extending our coverage and capacity to assist travelers across even more locations.

If you’re a current partner and know of a clinic that would benefit from joining Health4Travel, please let us know – we’d love an introduction.

Tick Season Is Here: Time to Vaccinate

As temperatures rise, tick season is officially underway in many regions. Tick-borne diseases, like TBE (Tick-Borne Encephalitis), are a growing concern for travellers and locals alike.

We encourage all partner clinics to:

  • Proactively inform patients about tick risks.

  • Offer or promote tick vaccinations where available.

  • Share preventive tips through your local channels.

Protecting travellers before they get sick is a key part of what makes our network strong.

Thank You for Being a Vital Part of Our Network

This spring has been full of progress and growth. None of it would be possible without our fantastic clinic partners. Thank you for your ongoing collaboration, care for patients, and commitment to raising the standard of travel health.

We always welcome feedback—feel free to share what you’d like to see improved in future updates.

Warm regards,
The Health4Travel  Partnership Team
